Fibrelite Marine Services Pty Ltd is looking for experienced and motivated Boat Builders, and Boat Repairers to join our growing team in Fremantle and surrounding areas.

With more than 25 years of experience servicing the recreational boating and commercial fishing industries, Fibrelite has built a strong reputation for quality workmanship, practical solutions and reliable service.

We have recently expanded into larger, modern workshop facilitieswith excellent staff amenities, making this an exciting time to join our team.

About You

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys the challenges that come with repairing and maintaining boats.

Ideally, you will have:

· A minimum of 3 years’ experience in boat building, boat repairs, or an allied trade.

· Strong knowledge of boatbuilding materials, methods and repair techniques

· Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

· The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

· A strong commitment to safe working practices and consideration for the safety of others

· A practical, positive attitude and a genuine interest in quality marine workmanship A manual driver’s licence is desirable but not essential.
