Payroll Officer / Accounts Payable

Altona North | $80,000 - $90,000 + Super | Full-Time AP is your strength, but you also know payroll?

We're looking for an experienced Accounts Payable / Payroll Officer to join a small and supportive finance team in Altona North.

This is primarily an end-to-end Accounts Payable role , with responsibility for weekly and monthly payroll . You'll need to be confident managing AP from invoice processing through to payments and reconciliations, as well as having hands-on payroll experience.

What You'll Be Doing

- Managing the end-to-end AP function
- Processing and reconciling supplier invoices and statements
- Processing supplier payments, including foreign currency
- Managing credit card statements and AP reconciliations
- Running weekly and monthly payroll
- Processing timesheets and maintaining payroll records




- Assisting with general finance tasks as required

What We're Looking For

- 3-5 years' experience across AP and Payroll
- Strong end-to-end AP experience
- Previous experience running payroll
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident with accounting systems and Excel
- Good organisation and time management skills
- Someone who enjoys working in a small team and taking ownership

What's on offer? $75,000 - $85,000 + Super Altona North Full-time, Monday to Friday Small and supportive finance team
