About the Role

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for people, customers, safety and business growth? We're looking for an experienced Branch Manager to take ownership of our branch operations, drive performance, and lead a high-performing team. This is an exciting prospect to make a real impact by growing customer relationships, developing your team, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering outstanding service.

What You’ll be Doing

- Leading the day-to-day operations of the branch to drive productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction.

- Working closely with our Sales team to grow existing accounts, win new business and maximise opportunities.

- Coaching, developing and motivating a high-performing team while managing recruitment, performance and employee engagement.

- Managing branch financial performance, reporting, inventory and fleet utilisation.

- Overseeing workshop, yard and equipment operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence.

- Championing a strong safety culture through compliance, training, incident management and continuous improvement initiatives.





- Building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service that supports our commitment to improving customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven leadership experience in a branch, operations, service, rental, construction, industrial or related environment.

- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive sales and operational performance.

- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.

- Experience leading, coaching and developing teams.

- A proactive approach to safety, problem-solving and continuous improvement.

- Strong organisational and communication skills.
