About the role

Reporting to the ANZ leadership team, you will take full accountability for the performance of our Western Australian branch. This is a hands-on, site-based leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the floor with their team, in front of customers, and close to the detail. You will lead a small, capable and long-tenured team spanning warehouse and despatch, internal sales and customer service, and field service and warranty — while partnering closely with our Sales Manager and national channel leaders on commercial direction and growth.

Key responsibilities

- Own the day-to-day operation and overall performance of the Balcatta branch
- Lead, coach and develop a multi-function team across warehouse, customer service and field service
- Drive branch revenue, margin and cost performance against budget, and report on results
- Build and hold strong relationships with pool builders, dealers, trade, irrigation and water treatment customers across WA
- Oversee warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, despatch performance and local delivery
- Ensure service, warranty and technical support standards are consistently met
- Champion a strong safety culture, and manage rosters, leave, supervision and local people matters in line with Group policy
- Work with national Sales, Product and Operations leaders to translate strategy into local execution
- Identify and act on continuous improvement opportunities across the site

About you

- Proven branch, site, operations or state management experience with accountability for people and financial results
- Background in wholesale distribution, trade supply, building products,



industrial supplies, pumps, plumbing, irrigation or a related technical product environment
- A confident, visible people leader who can build capability and hold standards in a small team
- Commercially sharp: comfortable with budgets, margin, stock and reporting
- Strong customer instincts and credibility with trade and dealer customers
- Sound working knowledge of WHS obligations in a warehouse environment
- Competent with ERP and business systems, and comfortable adopting digital and AI tools responsibly to work smarter
- Current WA driver's licence and unrestricted Australian work rights
