Commune is a brunch café in Fitzroy, serving Up-to-date Turkish-inspired dishes, specialty coffee and seasonal café favourites.

We’re looking for a reliable, experienced and passionate Cook/Chef to join our team.

You’ll be working in a busy brunch café environment, preparing dishes to a consistently high standard while contributing to menu ideas and daily kitchen operations.

What we’re looking for:

- Proven experience in a café or brunch kitchen
- Confident with breakfast and brunch service
- Able to work efficiently during busy periods
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of food preparation, presentation and portion control
- Strong food safety and hygiene standards
- Clean, organised, punctual and reliable
- Available for early morning starts

Location: Fitzroy Employment: Part-Time, with potential for Full-Time
