We work across a wide range of projects - commercial fit-outs, home renovations, extensions, bathrooms, insurance work, and commercial maintenance. About the Role

We're looking for a Lead Builder / Project Supervisor to take ownership of our jobs from start to finish. This is a hands-on leadership role - you'll be running the day-to-day on-site, keeping the team flowing, problem-solving as things come up, monitoring materials, and making sure the job stays on track and on time. You'll work closely with the management team, while you drive things forward on the ground.

Responsibilities

- Manage a variety of construction projects from small renovations through to medium/larger sized builds and commercial fit-outs
- Oversee day-to-day site operations - scheduling, trades, materials, and quality control
- Problem-solve in office challenges efficiently and resourcefully
- Training and mentor junior team members
- Maintain a positive team culture




- Uphold Dynamic's standard of quality and help build our reputation with clients and subcontractors

About You

- Trade qualification (Certificate III or IV in Building/Carpentry) and/or relevant industry experience in a similar role
- Ready to step into or grow within a leadership role
- Resourceful and versatile - comfortable managing a range of different project types
- Great communicator, with clients, trades, and the team
- Strong attention to detail
- Trustworthy, approachable, and easy to work with
- Positive, driven growth mindset
