We are seeking a friendly and reliable Casual Bus Driver to provide safe transport for residents attending local shopping trips, appointments and community outings.

This role offers consistent hours across three days per week, making it ideal for someone seeking work during school hours or for a semi-retired person looking to stay active and connected within their local community.

Regular roster: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday

About the Role

As our Bus Driver, you'll be responsible for transporting residents safely and comfortably while delivering exceptional customer service. You'll become a familiar and valued member of the village community, helping residents maintain their independence and enjoy social connections.

Reporting to the Village Managers, you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring the safe and enjoyable transport of our residents on local shopping trips and outings
- Providing a professional, friendly and courteous experience for residents and visitors
- Assisting passengers with embarking and disembarking the bus
- Maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of the village bus
- Reporting maintenance requirements and ensuring the vehicle remains safe and compliant
- Following Company policies, procedures and road safety requirements at all times

We’re on the lookout for someone with:

- Previous bus driving or passenger transport experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A friendly, patient and professional manner
- Current LR (Light Rigid) licence
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- NSW Bus Driver Authority (or ability to obtain one) preferred




- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check, or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol test
