Business Analyst- hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Client: South Western Sydney

Location: Hybrid, Sydney (minimum 3 days onsite per week)

Duration: 3-Month Contract initial

About the Role

Client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the implementation and go-live of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and ELMO software , scheduled for November. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and vendors to ensure business requirements are captured, validated, and successfully delivered across HR and Finance functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for Dynamics 365 Business Central and ELMO implementations.
- Facilitate workshops with HR, Finance,



and other business stakeholders.
- Support process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design activities.
- Assist with testing, data validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live readiness.
- Liaise with vendors and technical teams to resolve issues and ensure successful delivery.
- Develop user documentation and support change management activities.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on ERP and business system implementations.
- Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central .
- Experience working with HR and Finance modules/processes .
- Experience supporting software implementation and go-live activities.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and documentation skills.
- Experience with Business Central, HR/payroll modules will be highly regarded.

Working Arrangement

- Hybrid working model with a minimum of 3 days onsite per week .
- Immediate start preferred.
