Your new role

As a Business Analyst, you will partner closely with Project Managers, Coordinators and key business stakeholders to support the planning, definition and delivery of technology and operational initiatives.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Eliciting, documenting and managing business and functional requirements.
- Supporting project documentation, reporting and governance activities.
- Assisting with transition to operations' activities to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Working across multiple projects simultaneously while managing competing priorities.
- Preparing project artefacts and maintaining traceability of requirements.
- Supporting project teams with analysis, problem-solving and delivery activities.




- Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to drive outcomes and project success.

What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst within technology, infrastructure or project delivery environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
- Proven experience gathering, documenting and managing requirements.
- The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of outcomes.
- Experience supporting multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Highly desirable experience includes:
- ServiceNow exposure.
- Power BI reporting and dashboards.
- SharePoint experience.
- Experience working within large, complex enterprise environments.
- Exposure to technology transformation, infrastructure or asset-related projects.
