? About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented Business Analyst (Entry / Junior) to join our growing team ?

In this role, you’ll work with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand business needs, gather requirements, analyse processes, and support practical business solutions. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals to build hands-on Business Analysis experience and develop strong analytical and communication skills ?

? Key Responsibilities

- Gather, document, and analyse business requirements from stakeholders
- Assist with reviewing and mapping current and future business processes
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement ?
- Prepare business requirements documents, user stories, process flows, and project documentation
- Support data analysis and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations ?
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders
- Assist with workshops, meetings, interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system testing, and implementation activities
- Monitor project requirements, deliverables, timelines, and action items
- Maintain accurate and traceable business and project documentation
- Assist with continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders ?

? Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Information Technology, Economics, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Recent graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply ?
- Academic projects, internships, or previous exposure to business analysis are a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools is advantageous
- Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum, process mapping, requirements gathering, or UAT is a plus
