Role Description This part-time Business Analyst (Entry / Junior) role is a hybrid position based in Sydney, NSW, with a mix of in-office and work-from-home flexibility.

The Business

Analyst will assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements for content, marketing, and operational initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing data and performance metrics, mapping and reviewing business processes, and preparing clear reports and recommendations for stakeholders. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, support decision-making, and ensure alignment between business objectives and execution. The analyst will also help maintain documentation, monitor KPIs, and contribute to small projects that enhance efficiency and audience engagement.
