? About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented Business Analyst (Entry / Junior) to join our team.

In this role, you’ll support business analysis, data analysis, reporting, process improvement, requirements gathering, and business performance activities. You’ll work closely with business, operations, finance, technology, and other teams to understand business needs, analyse information, identify opportunities, and support effective decision-making.

? Key Responsibilities

- Assist with business and data analysis activities
- Collect, organise, validate, and analyse business data
- Gather and document business requirements
- Support stakeholder interviews, meetings, and workshops
- Prepare business reports, dashboards, presentations, and management summaries
- Analyse business performance, trends, and key performance indicators
- Identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities




- Assist with process mapping and workflow documentation
- Support the development of business cases and recommendations
- Conduct research and analyse market, operational, and business information
- Monitor project and business performance against agreed objectives
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and documentation
- Assist with testing, implementation, and validation of business solutions
- Support reporting automation and process improvement initiatives
- Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects as required
