Role Description This part-time Business Analyst (Entry / Junior) role at Xbytes Soluções is a hybrid position based in Sydney, NSW, with flexibility to work from home for part of the week. The role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, assisting in the analysis of business processes, and supporting the implementation of improvements to workflows and systems.

The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand needs, translate them into clear specifications, and help prepare reports, dashboards, and basic data analyses to support decision-making. Day-to-day activities include participating in meetings, preparing documentation and presentations, validating process changes, and ensuring that proposed solutions align with business objectives and user needs.
