Role Description The Business Development Coordinator is a part-time, hybrid role based in Perth, WA, with some flexibility to work from home. This role supports growth and service development by identifying new opportunities, nurturing relationships with stakeholders, and promoting True Path Care’s services within the disability and community sectors. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing service gaps, preparing proposals and presentations, and maintaining accurate records of leads and partner interactions.
The coordinator collaborates with management to develop outreach strategies, supports customer engagement and follow-up,
and helps ensure that new initiatives align with person-centered and therapeutic principles. The role also involves working closely with internal teams to support smooth onboarding of new partnerships and continuous improvement of business development processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, service gaps, and business opportunities.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport with stakeholders and support a positive client experience.
- Experience with Market Research and Proposal Writing to support targeted outreach and funding or tender applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and build effective professional relationships.
- Valuable organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Previous experience in disability services, community services, healthcare, or a related sector is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with standard office software and CRM or database tools to manage leads and documentation.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Community Services, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
