Role Description The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with banks, financial institutions, and building portfolio owners. This part-time remote role involves conducting structured outreach, managing inbound leads, and nurturing relationships from initial contact through to qualified opportunities.

Day-to-day tasks include researching target markets, preparing and delivering presentations or demos, collaborating with internal teams to refine value propositions, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The role also includes supporting account management activities, gathering feedback from prospects, and contributing to the continuous improvement of Netto’s go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, meeting activity and outcome targets, and representing Netto’s mission to make building finance greener and more future-proof.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, qualify,



and progress opportunities in target markets.
- Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to support client relationships, understand customer needs, and contribute to long-term partner success.
- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills to deliver clear value propositions, present product capabilities, and engage diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in B2B sales or business development within financial services, proptech, sustainability, or related sectors.
- Candidates should be comfortable with remote work, digital collaboration tools, CRM systems, and working to measurable performance goals.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Analytical thinking, interest in climate and sustainability topics, and the ability to learn complex products quickly are beneficial.
