The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll partner with SME business owners (5–50 employees), helping them understand the value of outsourced HR and Health & Safety solutions. This is a consultative,



value-driven sales role where building relationships and truly understanding client needs will be the key to your success.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Engaging with SME business owners to present tailored HR & H&S; solutions.

- Building referral networks and developing strong introducer relationships.

- Driving recent business opportunities through a mix of field-based activity and CRM management (Salesforce).

- Hitting and exceeding sales targets while contributing to the success of your regional team.

About You

- A proven sales professional with 2+ years in a B2B field-based role.

- Experience in solution-based or consultative selling.

- Highly motivated, results-driven, and eager to exceed targets.

- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help businesses grow.

- Industry background is not essential — transferable B2B sales experience is valued.
