Living Right Care is looking for a reliable Gardener to support NDIS participants with basic home and yard maintenance across Frankston, Seaford and the Mornington Peninsula.

We’re open to experienced gardeners, people looking for a career change, or someone starting out in the workforce. We also welcome applications from people with disability who can safely perform the inherent requirements of the role.

About the role:

Lawn mowing, edging, and general garden maintenance

Physical ability to perform manual gardening tasks including lifting, bending, and extended outdoor work is essential

Supporting participants to maintain a safe and tidy outdoor setting

Using a company ute, trailer, tools and equipment

Starting from our Seaford base and travelling throughout the local area

Working with a partner or independently while being supported by our office team

Requirements:

Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Ability to work independently

Police Check (or willing to obtain)

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)





Australian work rights are essential for this position

This is a physical outdoor role. You will need to be able to safely complete manual gardening tasks including lifting, bending, pushing equipment and working outdoors for extended periods.
