Victory Lutheran College in Victoria seeks an experienced Learning Leader: Science to lead curriculum design, assessment and teaching practice across Years 7–12. The role includes mentoring teachers, driving quality assurance, and fostering STEM initiatives while maintaining an active classroom role.

You will align with the Director of Learning and Secondary Leadership Team, oversee lab operations, lead curriculum reviews and contribute to school-wide strategy with a Christian ethos.
