About the role

We're seeking experienced hospitality professionals to join our Catering team. You'll deliver premium food and beverage service, support event operations before, during and after service, and help create exceptional guest experiences across a diverse range of world-class events.

About you

You are reliable, professional, customer-focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced team workplace. You have hospitality experience, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering excellent service.

Minimum 18 years of age

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate for Victoria

Ability to confidently carry 3+ plates and clear up to 5

Availability across a 7-day roster, including weekends

Able to be on your feet for long periods of time

Strong presentation and grooming standards

Ability to assist with event setup and pack-down

Physical fitness to work across a large venue and move equipment when required

Food allergen and dietary knowledge

Gala lunch and dinner service experience

Event setup and pack down experience

Experience in a large entertainment, hospitality or event venue

Interview: Monday, 7 September

Induction: Monday, 21 September

Stand Up / Sit Down Training: Tuesday, 22 September

Group 2

Interview: Tuesday, 8 September

Stand Up / Sit Down Training: Thursday, 24 September

Please note: You must be available to attend the interview, induction, and training dates assigned to your group. These dates are fixed and cannot be changed.

Shift times may include:

Early morning shifts possibly starting from 5.30am (including breakfast events)

Afternoon,



evening and late-night shifts (including cocktail functions and gala dinners) finishing in the early hours of the morning.

Having availability across both weekdays and weekends is required.
