As a Senior Educator at Goodstart,you'lltake charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.You'llcollaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader toobserve, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. You’ll need:

- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- CurrentVictoriaWorking with Children Check
- Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform
