About the role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team and generate new business across both Property Management and Residential Sales. The ideal candidate will be confident in prospecting, building relationships with property owners and investors, and converting opportunities into new rental managements and sales listings.

Key responsibilities

- Generate new property management and sales business
- Conduct rental and sales appraisals
- Prospect for new landlords, investors and vendors
- Convert leads into management agreements and sales listings
- Build relationships with property owners, developers, investors and referral partners
- Follow up existing database and incoming enquiries
- Undertake phone prospecting, networking and local-area marketing
- Work closely with Sales and Property Management teams
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients

About you

- Real estate sales, BDM or property management experience preferred




- Robust prospecting and lead-conversion skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, energetic and self-motivated
- NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Knowledge of Western Sydney and the Hills District preferred
