THE ROLE

You sell technology consulting services into mid sized businesses. You open doors and run a consultative process and ask open ended questions that steer the conversation to where the business can help, rather than pitching a product off a script. You never handle the technical side alone, you sell alongside the CTO or a technical consultant, and you bring them in at the right moment.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- An established consultative sales background, e.g. selling technology or skilled services.
- Comfortable opening conversations and asking questions rather than pitching.
- Experience selling into mid market or enterprise accounts.
- Equipped to add value from day 1.
- Proof of results.

THE DETAILS

- Sydney-based.
- Permanent, full time.
- $140k+ base plus super.
- OTE 100% of base ($280k at target).
- No ceiling on commissions.
