Work Skills is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) delivering training to Apprentices and Trainees throughout Queensland and across Australia. Additionally we also deliver short courses and customised training to Schools and Government Departments to meet business requirements and have been for 30 years

Due to increases in demand, we require an individual with the following attributes. This role is fast paced, independent and a fully supported role with a hands on Sales Manager and administration team. The role will will be based out of our Norman Park, Brisbane location.

This role is perfect for a person who enjoys the independence of managing their job role from home and being out on the road working with customers and potential new business over the phone, online and face to face. This role expects that the successful candidate is open to learning new skills in the training industry and will be challenged by targets and goals set in the sales department and have a passion to meet expectations.

Successful people in this job role:

- Are organised and self directed
- Are able to build relationships with new and existing customers
- Run their own calendar and capacity to manage a CRM tool and work closely with the Sales Manager and Relationship and Sales Team and support staff to grow business networks




- Enjoy talking to people and identifying opportunities to grow their business through employing apprentices, trainees and recent staff
- Have a background in the VET sector and industry knowledge is a must have.
- Have a knowledge of the following industries, but not limited to; Automotive, Construction and Hospitality Industries
