For a Business Operations Coordinator to join the team at AGA, based in Deer Park, VIC. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive professional to play a pivotal role supporting the CEO, leadership team and the day-to-day operations of our Deer Park facility.
As a trusted support to the CEO and key stakeholders, you will be responsible for coordinating executive priorities, governance activities, office operations, facilities management and site administration.

About the role:
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Business Operations Coordinator acts as the central point of coordination for executive support, governance activities and operational requirements across the Deer Park site.
This role requires exceptional organisational skills, sound judgement, strong stakeholder management capabilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
As the Business Operations Coordinator, you will:
- Provide confidential executive support to the CEO, including diary management, correspondence, travel arrangements and meeting coordination.
- Coordinate Board, Executive and operational meetings, including agendas, papers, minutes, action registers and follow-up activities.
- Manage stakeholder communications and ensure key priorities are tracked and progressed.
- Oversee day-to-day office coordination, reception operations and site administration activities.
- Coordinate facilities and maintenance requirements, including contractors, site upkeep and workplace readiness.
- Support fleet management activities, including vehicle bookings, servicing, maintenance and reporting.
- Coordinate labour hire licensing applications and reporting requirements.
- Assist with internal projects, office improvement initiatives and business events.
- Prepare Board papers, minutes and governance documentation while maintaining high levels of confidentiality.
- Build strong working relationships with Directors, leadership teams, government stakeholders and external partners.
About you:
We are seeking a professional and adaptable individual with the following background:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar executive support, operations coordination or business support role.
- Previous experience supporting a CEO or senior executive team.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong Microsoft Office 365, reporting and administration skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Certificate IV in Business, Business Administration or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
- Experience within the education, training or employment services sectors is advantageous.
