Salary: $65,000–$75,000 + Super

Chapter Three Espresso & Bar is looking for an experienced and motivated Café / Restaurant Manager to lead our team, grow revenue, attract current customers, and manage the day-to-day operation of the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily café and restaurant operations.
- Increase revenue, sales, and profitability.
- Generate new leads and attract new customers.
- Develop functions, catering and local business opportunities.
- Create promotions and marketing initiatives to increase sales.
- Lead, train and manage front-of-house staff.
- Manage rosters, labour costs, stock and suppliers.
- Maintain excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Ensure smooth breakfast, lunch, dinner and function service.
- Manage cash, EFTPOS and end-of-day procedures.
- Maintain food safety, RSA,



cleanliness and workplace standards.

Skills & Requirements
- 2–3+ years' café or restaurant management experience.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Sales-focused with the ability to grow the business.
- Barista experience with excellent coffee and latte art skills.
- Valid RSA certificate.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Available for weekends, evenings and public holidays.
- Reliable, organised and passionate about hospitality.
