What if you could take ownership of the commercial picture across an entire Technology function, rather than simply reporting the numbers?

We're partnering with one of Australia's leading financial services businesses on the hire of a

Technology Business Manager to bring greater transparency, commercial discipline and financial insight across a significant technology portfolio.

You'll take ownership across millions of $$$ of BAU technology OPEX and annual CAPEX, creating a clear view of technology spend, forecasting, workforce costs, vendors and cost-to-serve. You'll work directly with the CIO, Heads of Technology, Finance, HR and Procurement, helping senior leaders understand their numbers and make better commercial decisions.

There's also a genuine transformation mandate. You'll simplify fragmented reporting and manual processes, improve workforce modelling across permanent and contingent resources, and establish stronger TBM and cost-to-serve capabilities as the business continues investing in technology,



automation and AI.

What they're looking for:

Robust experience across Technology Finance, TBM, IT Commercial Management or Technology Finance Business Partnering, with a solid understanding of OPEX, CAPEX, budgeting, forecasting, accruals, capitalisation and cost modelling.

Just as importantly, you'll be a strong communicator who can turn complex financial information into something technology leaders can actually use. They're looking for someone proactive, commercially minded and comfortable challenging existing processes rather than simply maintaining them.

Experience with TBM frameworks, CA/CPA qualifications and Power BI would be advantageous, but aren't essential.
