About Us

We are a vibrant, Japanese-inspired café located in the heart of Penrith. Known for our exceptional coffee, unique Japanese-style sandwiches (Sando), and delicate artisanal desserts, we pride ourselves on delivering a warm, authentic, and memorable dining experience to our local community.

Due to our growing popularity, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Café All-Rounder to join our friendly team!

The Role

As an All-Rounder, you will be the heart of our front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day service. Your duties will include:

- Greeting customers and taking orders with a bright, welcoming attitude.
- Serving our signature Japanese sandwiches, desserts, and beverages.
- Operating the POS system and handling transactions smoothly.
- Maintaining a clean, hygienic, and visually appealing dining and counter area.
- Assisting with barista duties (coffee-making skills are a robust plus!).
- Working collaboratively with both front and back-of-house staff.

About You To be successful in this role,



you should possess:
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced café, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
- A strong passion for Japanese cafe culture, food, and desserts.
- Valid Australian working rights (Student visas, Working Holiday visas, PR, or Citizens welcome).
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills in English.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure during peak hours.
- Flexibility to work on weekdays and/or weekends.
