responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the Cafe Foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all guests Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback Develop and implement operational procedures Recruit, train and manage Cafe staff Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses and analyse financial reports Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering Collaborate with the kitchen team to design menus Qualification &
experience At least three (3) years of skilled experience as a Café/Restaurant Manager Proven managerial role within the hospitality industry (preferably in a French Café/Restaurant)
A relevant qualification would be highly regarded Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
