About Our Marion Street Campus At Leichhardt Marion St, my day feels small, warm and full of character. I arrive at a beautiful old church building near Norton Street, parks, cafés, schools and the local community. With high ceilings and colourful windows, my campus feels personal, calm and special. I learn in three indoor spaces and play outside with a cubby house, sandpit, sensory path, bike track and vegetable patch. About The Role I need a campus where everyone knows what matters most.

As Campus Director , you will lead the people, performance, quality and operations of the campus. Where applicable, you will also act as Nominated Supervisor.

- My experience improves when you lead with warmth, accountability and child-centred decisions.

What You'll Bring

- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Significant early childhood leadership and service management experience.
- Nominated Supervisor or Campus Director experience, preferred.
- Knowledge of the NQF, child protection legislation and compliance.
- Ability to manage operations, people, performance, quality and risk.
- Leadership, coaching, communication and decision-making skills.
- A Working with Children Check and relevant clearance.
