We are seeking a dynamic, compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our team as a Care Ambassador, working Permanent Part Time across Gawler, the Barossa and surrounding areas.

What you'll do

Working under the direction of our Care Designer, you'll meet with potential new clients to understand how we can best support them, deliver hands-on care during client visits, and help keep our documentation and systems accurate and up to date:

- Deliver hands-on clinical care where needed.
- Participate in Caring Consults, meeting prospective clients and families to assess their needs and how we can best support them, under the direction of our Care Designer.
- Support First Visits alongside our Care Designer.
- Assist in creating and updating individualised care plans.
- Monitor and review progress notes to ensure care quality and accuracy.
- Ensure continuity and quality of care delivery across the client base.
- Mentor and support caregivers to help them succeed.
- Collaborate with scheduling to ensure the right client and caregiver match.
- Maintain accurate, timely and compliant documentation for internal and external auditing.

What you'll bring

- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
- 3+ years clinical experience across community, acute, aged care or disability nursing.
- Strong clinical skills: medication administration, wound care,



tracheostomy care, seizure management, enteral feeding, paediatric care and/or catheter care.
- Confidence engaging with prospective clients and families in a consultative setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- High computer literacy, with confidence using client management systems and G-Suite applications (Gmail, Chat, Drive, Docs & Sheets).
- Driven, highly organised and confident taking initiative, with an innovative mindset and a genuine drive to go above and beyond for clients.
- An interest in developing your leadership and mentoring skills is highly regarded.

Requirements

- Current AHPRA registration
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Valid Australian driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
- Right to work in Australia
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
