We’re on the hunt for a hands‑on Warehouse Coordinator who thrives on order, speed, and keeping a busy depot running like a well‑oiled machine. You are the person who keeps the warehouse honest—taking ownership of the floor, driving stock accuracy, and making sharp, real‑time calls when it counts.

This isn't a passive role. It’s built for someone who’s been doing the groundwork, knows the operational rhythm inside out, and is ready to take accountability for more of it.

What You Bring to the Team:

- Proven Experience: 2–3+ years in a fast-paced warehouse or cold-chain logistics setting.

- Essential Licenses: Valid High-Risk Forklift License with hands‑on operating experience (High Reach expertise highly regarded).

- Cold-Chain Savvy: HACCP knowledge and previous experience working in refrigerated/frozen environments are major advantages.

- Safety First Mindset: Uncompromising commitment to floor safety, quality control, and proactive hazard identification.

- Physical Capability: Comfortable lifting up to 20kg safely throughout an active, physical shift.

- Agility & Mobility: Willingness to move between CHILL sites and adapt seamlessly to different floor layouts, teams,



and daily priorities.

What You’ll Be Accountable For:

- Coordinate pick‑and‑pack operations across CHILL depots—stepping up as the senior operational contact on‑site when required.

- Champion safety culture on the floor—identifying risks early, logging near‑misses immediately, and holding the standard even when under pressure.

- Conduct stock counts, drive 100% inventory accuracy, and thoroughly investigate discrepancies before adjusting numbers.

- Make confident operational calls in real time and maintain transparent documented records whenever escalating complex issues.

- Actively spot operational bottlenecks and bring smart, practical solutions to the table to refine workflow.

What CHILL offers

- Pay Rate: $37.71/hr + Super + Overtime & Penalties (evaluated on experience)

- Base Earnings: $74,514.96 + Super p.a. (38‑hour base + extra hours available)
