About the role

In thisroleyou willprovide day-to-day coordination and administrative support acrossbothTalent Acquisition and Learning & Developmentfunctions, within the Talent and Development team.You will enable theeffective delivery of learning & developmentandrecruitmentinitiatives.

Whatyou’lldo

- Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support acrosslearning&developmentandtalentacquisitioninitiatives; and activities. e.g. recruitment, leadership development, capability development, learning, onboarding, graduate program, etc.
- Coordinate activities and manage administration andlogisticsfor recruitment, workshops, training sessions, leadership programs, andlearninganddevelopmentprograms
- Develop andmaintainlearning calendars, participant lists, invitations, communications,materialsand other program documentation
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team e.g. job advertisements, interview scheduling, recruitment documentation, onboarding coordination, etc.
- Contribute insights and recommendations to support effective outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Assistin managingthe Learning Management System (LMS), including setting up learning activities, updating content, enrolling participants, tracking completion andassistingusers
- Support the administration and management of the talent acquisition systems
- Manage the Learning & Developmentteamemail inbox
- Monitor compliance training and generate reports on completion rates and learning activity
- Update andmaintaindigital learning materials and resources to ensure contentremainscurrent,accurateand accessible
- Compile routine reports and information relating to learning, compliancetrainingand recruitment activities.
- Handle confidential employee and candidate information with discretion

About you

- Experience in coordination, administration, talent acquisition, learning and development, or a related field.,
- Tech-savvy, adaptable and flexible, with the ability to learn
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous diverse projects and initiatives
- Strong detail orientation, with a continuous improvement mindset
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Exposure to a variety ofHR, learning management, talent acquisition or collaboration &information; systemsishighlyadvantageous
