Legal Counsel | Construction & Commercial | 6 month Contract

We're currently interested in hearing from experienced lawyers with commercial and front-end construction experience. Working closely with key stakeholders within our client's business, you'll provide pragmatic legal advice, negotiate key contracts and help drive commercially sound outcomes.

The work

This is include:

drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction, supply, procurement and commercial agreements;

supporting commercial negotiations with clients, suppliers and subcontractors;

advising on tender documentation; and

providing advice to stakeholders on construction, commercial and regulatory issues.

You’ll have approx. 5 to 10 years relevant PQE. Your background will ideally include a mix of law firm experience together with either secondments or in-house experience. Solid communication skills and the ability to manage relationships will also be paramount, as you will be expected to integrate seamlessly into your new role and interact effectively with all levels of the business.
