We’re looking for an organised, empathetic and confident Carer Services Officer who enjoys coordinating services, working with funding arrangements and helping people navigate support systems.
This is a process driven phone‑focused role, perfect for someone who loves structured work, clear processes, and meaningful human connection.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in coordinating NDIS, Home Care Packages, aged care, disability, community services or other funded support programs who is looking to use their coordination and customer service skills in a meaningful role.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating carer support packages — matching available funding and respite services to the needs identified in each Carer Support Plan.
- Coordinating services and providers — liaising with carers, service providers, suppliers and partner organisations to arrange appropriate supports and bookings.
- Managing phone-based enquiries — spending a large part of your day supporting carers and stakeholders, providing information and resolving queries.
- Managing funding and bookings — ensuring services are accurately allocated, booked and recorded in line with funding requirements and guidelines.
- Monitoring and maintaining records — keeping CRM and client records accurate and up to date, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Working within processes and guidelines — ensuring documentation,
funding and service arrangements are compliant and appropriately recorded.
This is a process-driven, phone-focused coordination role, ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, problem-solving and meaningful interactions with people. You’ll shine in this role if you:
- Have experience coordinating community, disability, aged care or support services, such as NDIS plans, Home Care Packages, respite services or other funded programs.
- Understand the importance of matching client needs with available funding, services and providers.
- Are comfortable communicating with clients, carers, families, service providers and other stakeholders by phone and email.
- Are highly organised and able to manage multiple enquiries, bookings and priorities at once.
- Are confident working with CRM systems, Microsoft Office and data entry, with excellent attention to detail.
- Are comfortable following structured processes, policies, funding guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Bring empathy, cultural awareness and a person-centred approach to every interaction.
- Have a calm and professional manner, particularly when dealing with people who may be navigating complex support needs.
Interviews are expected to commence in the next few days so please apply today! Offices are based in Perth - requires great comms and full working rights in Australia.
