The Role

We’re looking for a skilled Site Foreman - Carpenter (Building) to help deliver site operations on upcoming commercial and institutional building projects in Brisbane and surrounding SEQ areas.

This role is hands-on, and ideal for someone who leads from the front, works collaboratively, and is committed to maintaining high standards in delivery, safety, and team culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily building site activities.
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and site labour
- Ensure compliance with plans, specs,



and safety standards.
- Liaise with Project Manager, engineers, and suppliers.
- WHS compliance
- Monitor site progress, maintain records, and report daily.
- Oversee plant, materials, and logistics.
- Engage in onsite trade work where required to keep work progressing

About You

- 3+ years’ experience as a Site Foreman or Leading Hand on commercial building projects
- Strong understanding of construction methodology and sequencing
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
- Solid leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- White Card essential; First Aid and relevant tickets desirable
- Valid driver’s licence

· Must have own basic tools. · Must be willing to perform hands-on work on site.

· Willingness to travel to projects across Brisbane and South East QLD
