Torrens Facility Management is seeking an experienced Carpenter (Maintenance & 2nd Fix) to join our team, working across Riverland Region.
This role focuses on maintenance and upgrade works, with a steady flow of smaller jobs rather than large construction projects. You’ll be completing a variety of carpentry tasks including installations, repairs, and fit-offs across residential and facility-based projects.
This position is ideal for someone looking for consistent, local work with variety.

What you'll be doing
- Carry out maintenance and upgrade carpentry works across Adelaide and surrounding regional areas.
- Install doors, windows, skirtings,
architraves and complete general 2nd fix carpentry
- Complete repairs, minor framing, and modification works
- Work alongside other trades to ensure jobs are completed efficiently
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company standards
