Come and join our team in paradise. Tiona Holiday Park is set between the shimmering waters of Wallis Lake and the beautiful Seven Mile Beach on the Barrington Coast. We’re a relaxed and friendly holiday park offering camping, cabins, and glamping experiences in one of the most stunning natural settings on the Mid North Coast. As we head into our busy summer season, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Casual Receptionist to join our team.

About the Role:

As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience. You’ll assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, and support the daily operations of the front office during our peak summer months.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and phone/email enquiries.
- Manage bookings using our reservation system (training provided).
- Provide local information and assistance to guests about the park and surrounding area.
- Support the team with administrative tasks and general office duties.
- Assist with retail sales and café inquiries where required.

About You:

- Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused.




- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Confident using computers and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Able to work well in a team and remain calm under pressure during busy periods.
- Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or administration is an advantage but not essential – training will be provided.
- Available to work across weekends, public holidays, and during the summer peak season (December–February).
