Texas Peak Pty Ltd is seeking Casual Sales Consultants to join our new dynamic team at the Brooks Running store located at ECQ Outlet Centre (Easter Creek Quarter). In this casual role, you will play a crucial part in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales for our leading running brand Brooks.

What you'll be doing

- Providing outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with customers
- Assisting customers with product selection and recommendations to ensure their needs are met
- Maintaining an organised and visually appealing store workplace
- Achieving individual and team sales targets
- Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
- Replenishing stock and ensuring the store is well-presented at all times
- Supporting the store manager with other duties as required

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, (Sportswear or fashion industry would be highly regarded)




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- A positive, energetic and team-oriented attitude
- Pro-active involvement in staff training sessions
- An eye for detail
- A passion for people and building connections
- Experience in fitness, footwear or movement preferred.
