Position: Childcare Centre Director

About the Role: As the Director of our centre, you will be instrumental in building and nurturing a dedicated team, creating a positive and enriching environment for children and families. This Director role is perfect for someone who thrives on engagement with children and their families, and who brings a warm, energetic, and friendly nature to their work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Building: Hire, train, and develop staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture.
- Enrolments: Assist with managing enrolments and building relationships with current families.
- Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all Australian standards and regulations, including A&R.;
- Engagement: Actively engage with children and families to create a welcoming and nurturing environment.
- Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance, promoting best practices in early childhood education.

Requirements:





- Qualifications: A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (0-5yrs) or WT
- Experience: Previous experience as a Director or Centre Manager in Australia is essential.
- Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Australian standards and regulations, including approved child protection training.
- Personality: Upbeat, friendly, warm, and energetic nature with a passion for early childhood education.
