Our leading Insurance client are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a major HRIS implementation through go-live and subsequent releases.

Working closely with the People & Culture team, business leaders and project stakeholders, you will help assess change impacts, prepare employee groups and support the transition from manual HR processes to new system-enabled ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the delivery of the HRIS change approach and plan.
- Assess impacts across employees, managers and P&C; teams.
- Facilitate business workshops and stakeholder sessions.
- Develop communications, training and readiness materials.
- Support business readiness, go-live, hypercare and adoption.
- Identify gaps or risks in proposed HR processes and constructively challenge assumptions.
- Present confidently to senior leaders and the ELT.

About You




- HiBob implementation experience would be highly desirable.

- Previous change experience supporting an HRIS/ HCM implementation is essential.
- Strong understanding of HR/P&C; processes and employee impacts.
- HR Business Partner or broader operational HR experience is highly regarded.
- Hands-on experience across impact assessments, communications, training and readiness.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Able to think critically and work effectively through ambiguous HR-process issues.
- Pragmatic and comfortable operating in a fast-paced implementation setting.
