St Vincent de Paul Society Canberra/Goulburn is seeking a Customer Engagement Officer to be a visible, approachable presence in the Vinnies shop, greeting customers and donors from diverse backgrounds and ensuring safe, welcoming experiences.

The role requires reading situations well, using calm, respectful communication, de-escalating conflict, and supporting staff to achieve shop goals. Part time and full-time opportunities are available across weekdays.
