We’re looking for an energetic, hands‑on Assistant Manager to join our brand-new Concept store! This is a rare chance to be part of something from the very beginning — a vibrant, fast‑paced coffee environment where you’ll take the lead on day‑to‑day operations, mentor a growing team, and help shape the culture and energy of the store from day one.

You’ll be at the heart of the action, jumping in on the coffee, service, and floor operations, all while helping create a space that becomes a local favourite.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Supporting the Store Manager in running daily operations
- Leading by example on the floor – making coffee, serving customers, and assisting with food prep
- Driving exceptional customer experiences through a friendly, energetic approach
- Managing rosters, stock, and inventory to keep the store running smoothly
- Inspiring and coaching the team, fostering a positive, high‑performance culture




- Ensuring WHS and hygiene standards are met across the store
- Driving sales and team performance

What We’re Looking For:

- A leader with great communication skills and high energy
- Hands‑on, team‑first attitude – you’re not afraid to jump in and get busy
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities
- Strong customer service focus and a passion for true hospitality
- Previous Retail experience is a plus, as a key focus of our business is retail coffee bag sales.
