Earlyrise Baking Co in Dubbo is seeking a Bakery Assistant & Cleaner to join our Production Team. You will help measure, mix and bake our cake and pastry range, operate mixers, dispensers and ovens, and keep production areas clean and secure to support daily bakery operations.

The role supports a busy production line in a family owned, community-focused bakery. The AQF qualification in Baking or related food production is highly regarded, and knowledge of Food Safety, GMP and HACCP standards is
