Are you an experienced Network Engineer with strong Cisco networking expertise?

We are currently growing our talent pool for upcoming opportunities with enterprise, government, and technology clients across Melbourne. If you have hands-on experience with Cisco Wireless, Cisco ACI, Cisco SD-WAN, and Cisco IOS, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Opportunities

Upcoming projects will involve network modernisation, data centre transformation, cloud connectivity, enterprise infrastructure upgrades, and software-defined networking initiatives.

Successful candidates will contribute to the design, implementation, support, and optimisation of complex network environments while ensuring high availability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Support and optimise Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure) deployments.
- Design and maintain Cisco SD-WAN solutions for branch connectivity and network transformation initiatives.
- Configure and support routing, switching, and security technologies using Cisco IOS.
- Perform network monitoring, capacity planning, performance tuning, and incident resolution.
- Support network migration, refresh, and transformation projects.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, security, and project teams to deliver network solutions.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, diagrams,



and operational procedures.
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer in enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Cisco Wireless
- Cisco ACI
- Cisco SD-WAN
- Cisco IOS

- Experience with routing and switching technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience designing and implementing network solutions.
- Understanding of LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and network security principles.
- Experience supporting production and mission-critical environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE).
- Experience with Cisco DNA Center.
- Exposure to cloud networking (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Network automation and scripting experience.
- Firewall technologies such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Cisco Firepower.
- Experience within Government, Financial Services, Healthcare, Telecommunications, or Utilities sectors.
- Exposure to network monitoring and performance management tools.
