We are seeking an experienced Chef / Sous chef to join our team. We are a cafe based in Glen Waverley.

The ideal candidate should have:

At least 4 years of experience as a Chef / Sous chef in a professional kitchen

Assisting the head chef in overseeing all kitchen operations

Ensuring that all dishes meet quality standards

Ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines

Ability to prepare, cook and serve food quickly and efficiently with the key aim of high quality and efficiency

Maintain kitchen operations to a high standard

Should be friendly & approachable & have a positive customer attitude

Full availability, able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts

Job Type: Part-time / Casual

Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour
