Hotel Sorrento is currently seeking experienced and motivated Chefs to join our dynamic Kitchen Team. We have a variety of positions available, including Breakfast Chef, Fryer Chef, and Larder Chef, within our Main Dining Room Restaurant.

Key responsibilities:
· Preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes
· Maintain consistency and portion control according to recipes and standards
· Follow food safety guidelines and HACCP procedures
We’re looking for:
· Strong work ethic and efficiently during busy service periods
· High level communication and time management skills

Approximately 20-30hrs per week to start, with increased hours up to full time over the Summer period. Rotating 7 day roster - Weekend and evening availability is essential.
