Key responsibilities

Chefs de Partie

- Run your section confidently across a busy à la carte and events operation

- Prepare and present dishes to the exacting standards set by our Executive Chef

- Work daily with premium seasonal Victorian produce and fresh local seafood

- Guide and mentor Commis Chefs, supporting their development on your section

- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, food safety and organisation

- Assist with stock rotation, ordering and receiving deliveries

Commis Chefs
- Support section chefs with prep and service across a busy à la carte and events operation

- Work daily with premium seasonal produce and fresh local seafood

- Learn directly from an accomplished Executive Chef and an experienced brigade

- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, food safety and organisation

- Assist with stock rotation, ordering and receiving deliveries

About you

Chefs de Partie

- Minimum 8 years' professional kitchen experience, ideally in venues of a similar calibre

- Trade qualification or substantial equivalent experience

- Proven ability to run a section calmly and consistently through busy service





- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

- Pride in your work, an eye for detail and genuine passion for produce

- Reliable, punctual and a team-first attitude

Commis Chefs
- Minimum 4 years' skilled kitchen experience

- Trade qualification or substantial equivalent experience

- Genuine passion for food and pride in your work

- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

- Reliable, punctual and calm in busy service
- A team-first attitude and hunger to develop
