We are currently seeking an energetic and experienced cook to manage all aspects of our kitchen and menu. You will prepare meals in our state of the art kitchen which is centrally located to ensure you are truly part of the team and can interact with staff, families and the children.

The successful candidate will have:

- Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) minimum
- Food Safety Supervisor certificate
- Experience working in a Class 1 kitchen
- Demonstrated Menu/Meal Planning experience
- Experience with Food Safety Program requirements.
- Ingredient purchasing/preparation
- Excellent knowledge of nutrition and healthy eating
- Experience preparing meals for dietary restrictions including Anaphylaxis, Allergies and Intolerances
- Exceptional organisational management skills
- Working with Children Check
- Drivers licence and own transport is desirable

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
