About the role

Kids Cave Early Education Broadmeadow is looking for passionate, reliable and caring educators to join our team under new management. We are recruiting for multiple positions across different qualification levels in early childhood education and care.

Key responsibilities

- Provide high-quality education and care for children
- Support children's learning and development in an early childhood education setting

About you

- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older
- Must hold a current Working With Children Check (WWCC) or be willing and eligible to obtain one prior to commencing
- Trainee Educators – no previous childcare experience required; willing to complete Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Certificate III Educators – qualified or actively working towards Certificate III
- Diploma Trainees – Certificate III qualified educators ready to work towards their Diploma




- Diploma Qualified Educators – experienced Diploma educators
- Reliable, enthusiastic and professional
- Strong commitment to child safety and wellbeing
- Genuinely passionate about providing high-quality education and care for children
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Willing to learn, take feedback and participate in ongoing professional development
