About the Role

As a Polywelder, you will be responsible for:

- HDPE butt welding from 63mm to 900mm

- Electrofusion welding of HDPE pipe joints

- Completing weld registers and HDPE parameter cards

- Conducting pre-start inspections and reporting faults

- Operating plant and equipment safely

- Working closely with Site Supervisors to maintain a strong safety-first culture





- Adhering to BMR’s HSEQ policies and procedures at all times

Skills & Experience Required

- Proven experience working as a Polywelder

- HDPE Liner experience desireable

- Valid Butt & Electrofusion certifications (RTO approved, within 2 years)

- Trade Plumber background highly regarded

- Telehandler ticket

- Minimum C Class license - HR preferred

- Construction White Card

- Chainsaw certification

- IT - C2/C6 - Excavator - Rigging tickets

- Experience operating McElroy and Dixon welders

- National Police Clearance (less than 12 months old)

- RTIO/BHP/FMG Inducted (desirable)

- Ability to pass pre-employment medical & DAS
